Aldo Kamper has officially assumed his role as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board at ams OSRAM, effective immediately. He was appointed to the position by the ams OSRAM Supervisory Board on January 30, 2023. Additionally, as of April 1, 2023, Kamper has been appointed CEO of ams OSRAM subsidiary, OSRAM Licht AG.
With nearly three decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, Kamper is a seasoned CEO and veteran of the field. He most recently served as President and CEO of the Leoni Group at Leoni AG. However, he started his career with OSRAM and held numerous management positions before becoming President and CEO of the Opto Semiconductors business unit.

Kamper takes over from Ingo Bank, who will depart from ams OSRAM at the end of April 2023. With Kamper’s extensive experience and leadership skills, ams OSRAM is poised for continued growth and success in the years ahead.
